1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") of the sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) identified in the "Seller details" section (the "Seller"). It contains all essential terms of a paid-services agreement granting access to the paid features and digital content of the "Argumentator" mobile app and web service (the "Service").

Under Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a person who accepts the terms below becomes a User; acceptance of the Offer is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms set out in the Offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller undertakes to provide the User with access to the paid features and digital content of the Service (the "Pro"/"Premium" subscriptions and/or one-time purchases), and the User undertakes to pay for these services under the terms of this Offer. The service is a digital service delivered over the Internet.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance of the Offer is the User's payment for the selected service. By paying, the User confirms that they have read and fully agree to this Offer, the Pricing, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy. The agreement is concluded when the payment reaches the Seller.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated in Russian rubles (₽) on the Pricing page. Current draft prices (subject to owner confirmation):

  • Pro subscription — 490 ₽ per month (draft).
  • Premium subscription — 1290 ₽ per month (draft).

Payment is made online by bank card through the payment aggregator. The Seller does not store or process card data; it is transmitted directly to the payment aggregator over a secure connection.

Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically for each next period at the same price unless the User cancels auto-renewal before the current paid period ends. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Seller applies the "Tax on Professional Income" special regime and issues a receipt for each payment under Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018.

5. Rights, obligations and liability

The Seller grants access to the paid features within a reasonable time after payment (usually immediately and automatically) and maintains the Service. The User must provide accurate payment details and not misuse the Service. The Service is provided "as is". Nothing here limits the User's statutory consumer rights under the Russian Consumer Protection Law.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. By accepting the Offer, the User consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent needed to perform the agreement.
